The Davidson and Jones family of companies has the experience and capability to construct, develop, and manage a wide range of real estate projects, from Hotel Construction and Management to Residential Construction to Commercial Asset Construction and Management.

Over our long history of work, DJ has developed projects throughout the Southeast and has recently developed in the Los Cabos market in Mexico.  Currently, DJ is focused on development and management opportunities within the Southeast and specifically in and around North Carolina. 

Our current projects include:

Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center, own and operate 331-room hotel and convention center (www.sheratonrtp.com)

Marriott Courtyard at Triangle Town Center, 3rd-party construction and hotel management for Ambrosia Hospitality, LLC.  Construction completed in November of 2010.  Hotel is open and operational and getting great reviews (click here for the website:  TTC Courtyard)

Campus Towers, financial management for 231-room student housing facility (www.campustowers.com) surrounded by the campus of East Carolina University

Anderson Creek Club, preferred contractor in Fayetteville, NC community (www.andersoncreekclub.com/index.html) focused on building custom new homes
