The Davidson and Jones family of companies has the experience and capability to construct and develop a wide range of real estate projects, from resort community development in Los Cabos, Mexico to hotel construction and management in and around Raleigh, NC.

As a residential community developer, Davidson and Jones successfully completed two waterfront communities along the beaches of the Grand Strand in South Carolina.  For each community, Davidson and Jones provided comprehensive management including: financial underwriting, accounting, site planning, entitlement approvals, infrastructure and construction management.

La Capilla Resort, development management of resort residential community in Los Cabos, Mexico (www.lacapillaresort.com)

Rancho Buena Vista, management of existing 52-room hotel (www.ranchobuenavista.com) and future plans to develop 620-acre property to include signature Nick Price 18-hole golf course

Marriott Courtyard at Triangle Town Center, 3rd-party construction and hotel management for Ambrosia Hospitality, LLC.  Construction began in mid-September 2009 with anticipated opening in late summer of 2010

Campus Towers, financial management for 231-room student housing facility (www.campustowers.com) surrounded by the campus of East Carolina University

Anderson Creek Club, preferred contractor in Fayetteville, NC community (www.andersoncreekclub.com/index.html) focused on building custom new homes
