Davidson and Jones has the experience and capability to develop a wide range of real estate projects, ranging from international resort development down to the local Triangle hotel, residential and office markets.

As a residential resort developer, Davidson and Jones has recently partnered with Prudential Source One of Pawley’s Island, SC in the development and sell-out of two waterfront, gated communities in South Carolina. Through this partnership, Davidson and Jones has successfully matched the sales pace and superior marketing of Source One with careful site planning, entitlement approval, and infrastructure and construction management. Our team is currently developing two resort projects in Los Cabos, Mexico; La Capilla and Rancho Buena Vista. These two properties will be sister projects, combining for over 700 acres featuring 200 villas, 600 homesites, a five-star luxury hotel and spa and an 18-hole Nick Price Signature Championship golf course.

Among other things, Davidson and Jones Corporation also teams with Davidson and Jones Hotel Corporation to develop, own and operate hotels in the Triangle and other parts of North Carolina.
