La Capilla:

La Capilla is a 100 acre development situated along the Sea of Cortez in the East Cape Region of Los Cabos, Mexico.  Davidson and Jones has taken the property through the entitlement and land planning process and will manage construction of the overall development.  The allure of the property is its calm, swimmable ocean and 1km of beachfront, something rarely seen in other Cabo San Lucas developments.

The property will have 223 homesites, 100 luxurious villas, and a 12,000 Square Foot Private Beach club for members and their guests.  The pre-sales process has begun and infrastructure construction is set to begin in Fall 2008.

Homeowners at La Capilla will have full access to Rancho Buena Vista, our other planned development just a mile up the road.  Rancho Buena Vista is still in the planning stage and will begin construction in 2009.  Rancho Buena Vista encompasses 650 acres and planned components are a Nick Price Signature 18-hole golf course, luxury boutique hotel, fishing pier component, and a mixture of homesites and villas.
