La Capilla and Rancho Buena Vista:

La Capilla is a 100 acre development situated along the Sea of Cortez in the East Cape Region of Los Cabos, Mexico.  Davidson and Jones has taken the property through the entitlement and land planning process and will manage construction of the overall development.  The first phase of construction will begin in late fall 2009 and will include 71 lots.  Finished home lots can be reserved starting in October 2009 via www.lacapillaresort.com.  Upon completion, La Capilla will have over 200 homes and 100 condo/villas.

Built in the early 1950s, Rancho Buena Vista, www.ranchobuenavista.com, is Baja's original fishing resort.  In the early days of operation, Rancho Buena Vista was home to many of the famous Hollywood stars of the time, including Bing Crosby and John Wayne.  Rancho Buena Vista became famous as the Baja home of Ray Cannon, a writer for Western Outdoor News who personified fishing and conservation in the Sea of Cortez. Today, Rancho Buena Vista continues to be the place to go in Los Cabos when you want to Relax, Recharge, Reconnect with friends and family, and Relive your memories for generations to come.
