Charleston Landing

Charleston Landing was a coastal residential community that DJ developed in North Myrtle Beach, SC, consisting of 220 homesites on 60 acres of land.  Davidson and Jones was responsible for the development of all of the community’s infrastructure and community amenities.  The architectural theming of the project was chosen to reflect that of old Charleston style architecture.  This successful project sold out during one weekend sales event.

The Oaks at Winyah Bay

It would be hard to imagine that one would ever want to leave the property once know as Maryville Plantation; but one family did, and Davidson and Jones came in to develop one of the most unique communities on the South Carolina coast.  Only a few families will call The Oaks at Winyah Bay their low-country home and those families will relish in ocean breezes, unobstructed views of Hobcaw Barony and Pawleys Island and unparalleled sunrise mornings.  The 57-lot community was 100% pre-sold before Davidson and Jones began construction.
