Charleston Landing:

Charleston Landing was a coastal residential community that DJ developed in North Myrtle Beach, SC, consisting of 220 homesites on 60 acres of land.  Davidson and Jones was responsible for the development of all of the community’s infrastructure and community amenities.  The architectural theming of the project was chosen to reflect that of old Charleston style architecture.  This successful project sold out during one weekend sales event.
